Heartburn

Heartburn can result from an unhealthy gastrointestinal system losing its balance and then resulting in foods that aggravate your gastrointestinal system resulting in heartburn symptoms.

Heartburn symptoms can be caused by eating certain foods. But, which foods cause heartburn symptoms in everyone? There is no list of foods that cause it in everyone.

Many people think they have an excess of hydrochloric acid that comes up their throat and burns them. The reality is that they probably have a deficiency of hydrochloric acid, this contributes to heartburn symptoms.

Thinking they have too much acid, people take acid blockers to solve their symptoms of heartburn. That's why you're taking Tums, Rolaids, Pepcid AC, Tagamet, Prilosec, or Nexium.

Additionally, heartburn symptoms can be aggravated by eating certain foods, drinking liquids during meals or eating fruit during meals. The main dietary culprit is the use of dairy products.
